1. We offer COD option for orders upto INR 7000/-

2. Free shipping is offered on all orders valued above INR 5000/-.

3. Orders are typically delivered within 7 working days, unless otherwise specified by us.Since

our products are handwoven the pre-order product may take a time span of 8-10 weeks as

the product will be especially woven for you .

4. All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of order

placement.through trusted shipping partners like BlueDart & DTDC .

5. For any changes to the address, phone number, or email ID, please notify us within 2

hours of placing the order by writing to us at care.dharoharweaves@gmail.com.

6. The Dharohar Weaves team will make an order confirmation call within 24 hours of

receiving your order.

7. The delivery timelines mentioned here are indicative only. In rare situations, deliveries might

be delayed due to factors beyond our control. In such instances, customers will be promptly

informed via email or phone call.
